LINE Integration
Getting Started
Step 1: Create a LINE Official Account
If you already have a LINE Official Account with Messaging API enabled, skip to Step 2.
1. Go to LINE Official Account Manager and create a new account
2. Complete the registration form with your account details
3. Once created, go to Settings → Messaging API and click Enable Messaging API
4. Select or create a Provider (typically your organization name) — this cannot be changed later
Step 2: Get Your Channel Credentials
In the LINE Developers Console:
1. Select your Provider, then your Messaging API channel
2. In the Basic settings tab, note your Channel ID and Channel Secret
3. In the Messaging API tab, issue a Channel Access Token (click Issue if needed)
4. In the LINE Official Account features section, disable Auto-reply and Greeting messages
Step 3: Connect to Echo
1. Fill out the form at the top of this page with your Channel ID, Channel Secret, and Channel Access Token
2. Click Add Line! — your integration will appear in the list above
3. Copy the Webhook URL shown in your new integration
4. In the LINE Developers Console, go to Messaging API tab → Webhook URL → Edit
5. Paste the Echo Webhook URL, click Update, then enable Use Webhook
6. Add this LINE integration to your Permission Set(s) in Echo
Step 4: Test Your Integration
In the LINE app, scan the QR code from your channel's Messaging API page in the Developers Console. Add the channel as a friend and send a message!
