Zapier Integration
About
The Echo Global Zapier Integration provides a way to push or pull certain information from Echo into another Application that you may be using. Zapier integrates with hundreds of other Applications so Echo's Zapier Integration opens up flexibility to you and your team.
Triggers:
Triggers are subscription based and are calls made from Echo to Zapier. When the specified objects that match your fields are created or updated, the new or updated object is posted.
- Conversation
Fields: Sources, Flags
- Audience Member
Fields: Audiences
Actions:
Actions are calls made from Zapier to Echo. An action can update/create a record or get a list of records in return.
- Audience Member (Create/Update)
Fields: Name, Email, Phone, Audience, ID
- Conversations Report (Fetch)
Fields: Start At, End At
*All closed conversations with an outcome that have been updated between the start at and end at date will be returned
- Clients Report
Fields: Name, Email, Phone, City, State, Zip, Country, Gender, Religion, Age Range, Language
*All clients that partially match the fields will be returned
