February Bugs, Fixes, Updates and Changes
- Echo User - User was previous an admin who had made himself hidden. When returned to regular operator status he lost the ability to unhide himself and was stuck. We unhide the user from the back end. March 5, 2024
- SMS Web Contact Form - Twilio Webhooks were missing from the drop down options for sources in the create web contact form area, preventing the view of phone number source options to select from. This was fixed. Offered addition API assistance to customer for setup. March 8, 2024
- API - Offered documentation and assistance to customer desiring to use Echo API of reporting needs. Added additional fields for use in new Graph QL connection (when fully available). March 6, 2024
- Echo Clients - Investigated client summary information for conversation total accuracy. Answered additional customer questions about blocking and how incoming conversations are counted in the client totals. March 6, 2024
- Echo Reports - Echo User view or download of personal reports was causing an error due to a display issue. This was resolved. March 6, 2024
- Echo Conversations - Specific users can't see more than 125 conversations in their active list. Fixed a legacy limit on this list so user can see all active conversations. March 21, 2024
