- Echo Conversations: Fixing bugs related to Facebook message duplicate display in conversation to Echo User (when showing from the user and from the Facebook page). January 1, 2024
- AWS: Updated all client software accessing your Amazon S3 objects using TLS 1.0 or 1.1, to use TLS 1.2 or higher. January 3, 2024
- Billing Invoices: Fixed the January dates issue with invoice that occured due to the change of calendar year. January 4, 2024
- Emailed Reports: Resent nightly reports that didn't send on January 3rd due to a dev ops issue. January 4, 2024
- Reports: Fixed logic in Conversations Report for Including vs Excluding spam in results upon first report run. January 5, 2024
- Echo Conversations: Fixed hyperlink display in Active conversation area when Echo User shares a hyperlink. January 8, 2024
- Email Conversations: Fixed issue with Email conversation thread parsing. January 8, 2024
- Voice Queue: (Large Project Completion) New/Reconstructed Voice Call Queue. Fixing a variety of bugs, inconsistencies, and speed issues. January 10, 2024
- Voice Live Dashboard: Fixed glitch with user stuck in Live Connected Callers list. January 10, 2024
- Echo Conversations: Added acceptance of message status updates for Telegram. (Will now show more than just "pending" status). January 12, 2024
- CRM: Now able to copy/paste the URL link from a Subscriber Client Record. January 12, 2024
- Voice Queue: Fixed visual display of user moving through statuses in voice queue quicker. January 16, 2024
- Blocking: Fixed a bug with blocking and extending a block with time distance in the past. January 17, 2024
- Client Record: Fixed a display issue with client record displaying client history from a different tenant. January 17, 2024
- Facebook Integration: Upgraded Facebook API to version 18. January 19, 2024
- Phone Number: Added tenant configuration for new international phone number. January 22, 2024
- Autoresponders: Fixed bug with the "subscribe and send to Inbox" setting. January 24, 2024
- Facebook Comments: Investigated missing comments under Social Media posts. Made a change to display 1,000 posts in the Social Media up from 250 to have fewer hidden posts. January 25th
- Emailed Reports: Removed a possible error spot where a manager report without a user could error and cause the worker to run several times. January 26, 2024
- Autoresponders: Fixed a bug where client was subscribed twice to an autoresponder if the message came into the Inbox. January 29, 2024
- Facebook Comments: Cleared out tenant Facebook Posts/Comments for deleted Facebook pages that could no longer be responded to or cleared out. January 30, 2024
- Graph QL Implementation: Phase one of our larger reporting 2.0 project. Backend "plumbing and infrastructure" for Graph QL. Query Schema (Alpha). Transition of API endpoints (Alpha). January 31, 2024
